Can I choose different wood types or finishes?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of premium hardwoods such as oak and walnut, along with multiple finish options. Custom stains and tones can also be matched to your interior.
Can I customize the light color (color temperature) of the fixture?
Yes, we can customize the light color to suit your needs. 3000K warm white is standard, while 4000K and 6500K options are also available upon request.
Can I choose dimming or smart control options?
Yes, we offer various control options including dimmable drivers, remote control systems, and smart home integration such as WiFi or Zigbee compatibility.
Can the suspension or cable length be customised?
Yes, the suspension length is adjustable up to 2 meters as standard, and longer or custom configurations can be provided upon request.

What is the estimated production and delivery time for the products?
All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery time depends on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Will I need to pay customs or import charges?
UK orders are shipped domestically, so no customs or import charges apply. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our lighting products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Installation & Package
Is installation easy? Do I need an electrician?
Our lights are designed for straightforward installation and include the necessary mounting components. However, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician for safety.
What is included in the package?
Each order includes the light fixture, LED driver, and standard mounting hardware suitable for installation (Plaster Ceiling) If you have a concrete ceiling of different, please let us know.

We primarily use high-quality hardwoods such as oak, walnut, and iroko. Other wood types can be sourced upon request.
What finish and stain options do you offer for the wood surfaces?
We offer a variety of finishes including Danish oil (Standard) and different stain options such as light oak and dark oak tones.
Can these lighting fixtures be used in bathrooms or humid environments?
Our standard products have an IP20 rating. For bathrooms or damp environments, we can produce IP44-rated versions upon request.
Can I adjust the hanging height to fit my ceiling?
Yes, the suspension length is adjustable up to 2 meters as standard for pendant series. Custom lengths are available upon request.
What is the lifespan of the LEDs used in the fixtures?
The LEDs used in our products have an average lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, providing long-term, maintenance-free use.
