We can post you samples of our wood finishes, and if you send us a small sample or offcut of your furniture, we will match the colour and finish as closely as we can.

Yes, we can customize the light color to suit your needs. 3000K warm white is standard, while 4000K and 6500K options are also available upon request.

Yes. Our pendants come with a steel suspension that adjusts up to 1 metre as standard. If you need a longer drop, we can supply a suspension of up to 2 metres on request. Just tell us when you order.

All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery time depends on your location. UK delivery is £19.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Delivery to the EU is £25.99, and to the United States, Canada and Australia £39.99. Custom-size pool table lights have their own delivery charge of £200.

UK orders are shipped domestically, so no customs or import charges apply. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Yes, all our lighting products come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, counted from the day your light arrives.

Standard lights can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first; the return postage is paid by the customer. Pieces made to your own specification, such as a custom size, wood, finish or design, are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned if you change your mind. Faulty items are always covered by our 3-year warranty. Read the refund policy.

Yes. Our wood samples cost £29.99 with free UK delivery and hold oak, walnut, beech and iroko, finished as on our lights. The £29.99 comes back when you order your light: the pack includes a code for checkout.

Our lights are designed for straightforward installation and include the necessary mounting components. However, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician for safety.
