How long does it take?

Every Oak Ring is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.

Which control option should I choose?

The standard driver switches on and off from your wall. The TRIAC dimmable driver lets you change the brightness with a compatible wall dimmer. The Wi-Fi controller works with Alexa for voice and app control, and the remote control lets you dim the light from your seat.

Which finish will I get?

The photos show the dark oak stain. Light oak stain and Danish oil are also available: contact us before ordering to choose one, or to ask for another finish.

Can I have a warmer light?

The standard light is 4000K. Other colour temperatures can be made on request, so ask before ordering.

Does it work outside the UK?

Yes. It can be supplied for UK, EU or US electrics; tell us which you need. For EU and US orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer.

What warranty do I get?

Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.

Is delivery free?

UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can you make another size?

Yes. Ask us for another diameter or a longer suspension and we will come back to you.

Who should fit it?

It is a hardwired light, so we recommend that a qualified electrician fits it. The fixings suit plasterboard, plaster and concrete ceilings.
