All IVYLUX lights are handmade to order in the UK. Below you'll find our production times, delivery times and delivery costs.

Production time

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your light to be made before it is dispatched. For bespoke orders, we will confirm the timeline with you by email.

Delivery within the UK

• Delivery time: approximately 3 working days after dispatch.
• Standard delivery: £19.99.
• Free standard delivery on UK orders of £50 or more.
• Custom-size wooden pool table lights: £200 delivery, due to their size. The free delivery offer does not apply to them.

In total, please allow 4–6 weeks for production plus around 3 working days for delivery.

International delivery

We deliver to 31 countries: the UK, all 27 EU countries, the United States, Canada and Australia.

• European Union (all 27 countries): £25.99.
• United States, Canada and Australia: £39.99.
• Custom-size wooden pool table lights to the EU and the US: £200.

International delivery times vary by destination. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch notification

We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Standard lights can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return postage is paid by the customer; we do not provide return labels or prepaid returns. Bespoke or customised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. Full details are in our refund policy.
