IV Before you order
Questions, answered.
Ask something elseHow does the touch dimmer work?
Touch the lamp to switch it on or off and to change the brightness, from a soft glow for the bedside to bright light for reading. There is no switch on the cable.
How big is it?
The lamp is 38 cm (15 in) high and 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, sized for a bedside table or desk. Need another size? Ask us before ordering.
Oak or walnut?
Both are solid wood with a Danish oil finish. Oak is light and golden with a lively grain; walnut is a rich, dark brown. Choose the wood above, at the same price.
Which plug will I get?
The power supply comes with the plug for the delivery country: UK, EU or US. If it is a gift for someone abroad, add their country in the order note.
How long does it take?
Every desk lamp is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.
What warranty do I get?
Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
