Großen Dank an Erkan. Wir haben eine Deckenleuchte von ihm falsch montiert weshalb sie nicht gehalten hat und runter fiel. Sie ging natürlich auch kaputt. Erkan hat ohne große Nachfragen aus Kulanz angeboten uns eine neue Deckenleuchte zu zu schicken. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. This light is hand crafted and beautiful. I did think it would be turned wood and it is rather smaller pieces of wood connected to one another. For the price I would have liked it to be what I thought it was, but honestly it was my assumption and not the seller’s fault at all.
The seller stayed in contact with me constantly and helped me navigate the tariffs our gov. Added to the price. It took an extra week for UPS to figure out how to see I had paid the “import fees” and then to get it to me. Again, not the seller’s fault.
The item is very pretty and I will post pics once installed.

It's a beautiful lamp and fit our living room nicely. Sadly, items shipped from UK to EU (e.g. nordics) are now subject to customs, so it ended up a little more expensive than the original price, but still worth it.
