Beautiful, custom-made light, looks perfect in our kitchen.JulieKitchenSimplux
“Update: the seller addressed my concerns ( see below). Left: initial product received with defect (cracked) Right: resent product. Thank you! Item came damaged after delayed shipping and delivery. I seller was reasonable to pay for tariff but item was damaged. Notified seller, received reply that he’ll resent the item but since that reply, I’ve inquired the update, but no reply..”
“Ercan was great, really responsive, friendly and helpful. The light is amazing, couldn’t be happier with it. Thank you!”
“Light is well finished and fits in well with the rest of the rooms decor”

Questions, answered.
Ask something elseHow long does it take?
Every pendant is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.
Which control option should I choose?
The standard driver switches on and off from your wall. The dimmable driver lets you change the brightness with a compatible wall dimmer. The remote control lets you dim the light from your seat.
What warranty do I get?
Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can you make another size or wood?
Yes. Send your room size or a sketch and we will come back to you.
How high can it hang?
The suspension adjusts up to 1 metre. If you need a longer drop for a high ceiling, ask before ordering.
Who should fit it?
We recommend that a qualified electrician fits your light.
