How long does it take?

Every light is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.

Which bulb does it take?

A GX53 LED lamp, the flat disc type. The bulb is not included, so order one with your light.

What warranty do I get?

Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.

Is delivery free?

UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can you make another size or wood?

Yes. Send your room size or a sketch and we will come back to you.

Who should fit it?

We recommend that a qualified electrician fits your light.
