“Thank you! What a beautiful lamp! Very high quality, elegantly crafted, quickly delivered, and the seller was very friendly. Thank you also for the lovely picture that was specially painted for us by his child. I highly recommend this lamp and the shop.”

Read all reviews“A wonderful piece of craftsmanship, is very nice to look at and with the touch sensitive dimmer making using it effortless it’s 5stars from me 😊”
“I purchased a pair of custom black lamps. They arrived promptly and I'm absolutely delighted with them. They're very unique pieces but still affordable, which is hard to find these days. Customer service is absolutely first class. I would highly recommend purchasing from the store.”
“I absolutley love my lamp! It was delivered well before i expected it to arrive and looks really nice next to my bed. I am definitly going to be ordering a ceiling light for my landing. But because its january i need a pay day or two first. I also got the christmas socks and a very generous money off voucher for my next purchase! Thank you very much x”
“Really happy with this lamp. There are a few other listings for this model by other sellers, but this was the only one that was printed correctly. I can tell the seller really cares.”
“We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. The lamps are beautiful. We interacted with Ercan, who was very accommodating and professional. We highly recommend him.”
IV Before you order
Questions, answered.
Ask something elseHow does the touch dimmer work?
A short tap switches the lamp on or off. Touch and hold to make it brighter; touch and hold again to dim it down. Let go when the brightness is right. The dimming is smooth with no fixed steps, from a soft night light to a bright reading light.
Which plug will I get?
We supply the plug adapter for the delivery country: UK, EU or US. If the lamp is a gift for someone in another country, add their country in the order note.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Each lamp is made in our UK workshop and is usually with you in 2–3 weeks, so order early for Christmas. If you need it by a certain date, message us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Can I have it in oak or beech?
Yes. The same lamp is made in solid oak (see the Geometric Oak Lamp), and beech can be made on request. Send us a message before you order.
Is it safe to leave on?
It runs from the supplied plug adapter and is CE, UKCA and UL listed. The lamp is for indoor use only; keep it away from water and direct heat.
What warranty do I get?
Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Pieces made to your own wood or finish cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
