Every light is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.
Which size do I need?
Choose by your table: the sizes run from 150 × 50 cm for a 5 ft table up to 230 × 130 cm for a 7.5 ft table. Send us your table size and we will confirm, or build one to your own dimensions.
Which wood can I choose?
Walnut, oak or beech. Contact us to tell us which wood you want for your light.
Can I film the table from above?
Yes. The open frame leaves the middle clear for an overhead camera, and the flicker-free driver keeps the video free of banding or strobing.
How high can it hang?
The suspension kit adjusts up to 2 metres.
What warranty do I get?
Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
