Il lampadario è bellissimo e ben fatto. Il venditore è stato molto professionale e disponibile: il pacco è arrivato velocemente, ma purtroppo l’articolo era difettoso. Ho fatto vedere il problema per video ed ho ottenuto supporto immediato, cui ha seguito invio di un nuovo elemento in sostituzione, anche questo con rapidissimo invio.

Großen Dank an Erkan. Wir haben eine Deckenleuchte von ihm falsch montiert weshalb sie nicht gehalten hat und runter fiel. Sie ging natürlich auch kaputt. Erkan hat ohne große Nachfragen aus Kulanz angeboten uns eine neue Deckenleuchte zu zu schicken. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Die Deckenleuchte gefällt uns sehr gut und wir freuen uns wenn Sie bald (korrekt) an der Decke hängt ☺️☀️

Item came damaged after delayed shipping and delivery. I seller was reasonable to pay for tariff but item was damaged. Notified seller, received reply that he’ll resent the item but since that reply, I’ve inquired the update, but no reply..

Really nice lights, with up and down light, really glad we went for warm white. Having something hand made really lifts the room. Great communication too.

I just didn't realize that I was ordering something from another country so the shipping was a little difficult. But not the sellers fault and the situation was corrected to my satisfaction. Love the product ... It's great quality, beautiful and doesn't look like every other light out there!

I bought the 19" round ceiling light. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It looks beautiful. My remodel is ongoing so it has not been installed yet, but I will post pictures when it is!

This light is hand crafted and beautiful. I did think it would be turned wood and it is rather smaller pieces of wood connected to one another. For the price I would have liked it to be what I thought it was, but honestly it was my assumption and not the seller’s fault at all.
The seller stayed in contact with me constantly and helped me navigate the tariffs our gov. Added to the price. It took an extra week for UPS to figure out how to see I had paid the “import fees” and then to get it to me. Again, not the seller’s fault.
The item is very pretty and I will post pics once installed.

It's a beautiful lamp and fit our living room nicely. Sadly, items shipped from UK to EU (e.g. nordics) are now subject to customs, so it ended up a little more expensive than the original price, but still worth it.

We received our new light. It was packaged well. The walnut finish coordinates with other item in the room. Had it professionally installed. This is not a harsh light. Even at the highest setting, the light is soft and dimmable. Very pleased with our purchase.
