“It's a beautiful lamp and fit our living room nicely. Sadly, items shipped from UK to EU (e.g. nordics) are now subject to customs, so it ended up a little more expensive than the original price, but still worth it.”

We have had many comments from visitors about the light.PendraLiving roomThis light
“I just didn't realize that I was ordering something from another country so the shipping was a little difficult. But not the sellers fault and the situation was corrected to my satisfaction. Love the product ... It's great quality, beautiful and doesn't look like every other light out there!”
“Really nice lights, with up and down light, really glad we went for warm white. Having something hand made really lifts the room. Great communication too.”

A beautiful light that looks stunning in my bedroom.CraigBedroomThis light
“I bought the 19" round ceiling light. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It looks beautiful. My remodel is ongoing so it has not been installed yet, but I will post pictures when it is!”
“This light is hand crafted and beautiful. I did think it would be turned wood and it is rather smaller pieces of wood connected to one another. For the price I would have liked it to be what I thought it was, but honestly it was my assumption and not the seller’s fault at all. The seller stayed in contact with me constantly and helped me navigate the tariffs our gov. Added to the price. It took an extra week for UPS to figure out how to see I had paid the “import fees” and then to get it to me. Again, not the seller’s fault. The item is very pretty and I will post pics once installed.”

A beautiful handcrafted item that is unique and will bring a wonderful elegant design element to your space.Verified buyerDining roomThis light
“Fab customer service offered an immediate replacement, though eventually UPS after 10 days delivered the light, looks wonderful and can't wait to get it set up.”
“Love the light and it suits my entry foyer and goes well with the other walnut in my home. Only negative was the surprise $45 check I had to write when UPS delivered to cover customs. I may have missed that somewhere in the details--so if you're in the states, just be aware that you may have additional expenses. Delivery occurred earlier than the stated timeline! I'm very happy with my purchase and my contractor was able to figure out the installation quickly.”
“The chandelier is beautiful and well-made. The seller was very professional and helpful: the package arrived quickly, but unfortunately the item was defective. I showed the problem via video and received immediate support, which was followed by a new replacement, also shipped very quickly. I highly recommend it”
“We received our new light. It was packaged well. The walnut finish coordinates with other item in the room. Had it professionally installed. This is not a harsh light. Even at the highest setting, the light is soft and dimmable. Very pleased with our purchase.”
“Omg this item was just perfect and the craftsmanship absolutely beautiful…. So pleased with it … thank you Ercan”
“I couldn't figure out how to slide the base on to the clips, but I asked and got an instant response, which meant I had the light up a few minutes later. Fantastic service, and the light looks awesome.”
“The lamp isn't up yet, but it makes a very good first impression. It looks very high-quality and well-made. I'm curious to see how it looks when it's up and switched on... I'll gladly give you some feedback then 🙋🏻♀️”
“Beautiful piece and great customer service. For US customers be aware there is now a Tariff (!#&$) you have to pay in order to receive this item. I had to pay an extra $47 to UPS...what a rip off to the vendor AND the customer.”
“Ercan was responsive and helpful in the process of choosing the lamp color. He sent me sample colors in the mail for me to choose. Shortly after choosing the lamp was shipped and arrived pretty quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.”
“The lamp looks great and is an eye-catcher. The instructions for ceiling installation are included as a QR code in the video. Great. Ercan answers questions quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ivylux.”
“This light is beautiful and looks fantastic in our living room. We spent quite a lot of time discussing with Ercan the best option for us and he was really helpful When it arrived we had problems fitting it and he sent extra pieces and instructions His replies are always prompt and we are so happy with how it has turned out”
“This light looks amazing, such a beautiful design. I am so thrilled with our choice and we have had many comments from visitors about the light x”
“It was a pleasure dealing with Ercan, great customer service and quality goods. Highly recommended.”
“Ercan was a pleasure to work with and the light is exactly as described. Thanks!”
“Beautiful and exactly as expected. So well made, easy to install. Very much appreciated that all the little details were covered. Such as a template, proper screws, etc.”
“Very well made lamp. Absolutely worth the price. Good communication and quick responses from the seller.”
“Easy to install, beautifully made, great communication, what more could you want!”
“Beautiful light. It looks amazing. Communication was excellent and the seller adapted the design for our requirements. I would highly recommend.”
“Great product, super lamp. I also measured the electromagnetic fields underneath the lamp which were really low :)”
“This is an absolutely beautiful design! It is elegantly simple (unlike a lot of ceiling fixtures), beautiful wood & fine carpentry. The light is warm & you can add a dimmer to the wall switch (not included). It's unusual but adaptable - it fits right in to just about any type of decor. I ordered two & one didn't work but Ercan was great about sending a UPS mailer to ship it back for a replacement. He was super prompt & really really helpful. I would buy from him in the future.”
“Light looks amazing and was super easy to install. Took my husband about 10 minutes to hang”
“Communication with seller was good and we had different LED lights put into the lamp. Great quality, very pleased with them.”
“Love the look of the light in our living room! It provides great light and the installation was not too bad (I live in the US). Would recommend!”
“Everything went great! I ordered 3 lamps (these and the wave lamps) and I didn't even notice that the lamps were different colors. Thanks to thinking ahead, a faux pas was avoided.”
“The light looks great! I wish it were a bit brighter, but it's definitely an improvement over the previous one. The installation was quick and easy, thanks to the intuitive design and clear instructions. Thanks Ercan”
“This is a beautiful handcrafted item that is unique and will bring a wonderful elegant design element to your space. It’s certainly can adapt”

“After a long attempt it arrived here and is already hanging! Great customer service!! Thank you!”
“Outstanding quality. Can't find anything remotely like it. So well made, easy to fit, base sits snug to ceiling, looks amazing. In fact so beautiful I ordered 2 more.”
“I love this lamp. It is beautiful and unique. I wish I had known to ask what color the light itself is - it is yellow not white - as this lamp shines yellow whereas all my others are white. Other than that truly beautiful. While we had some issues with the shipping company used the seller was extremely helpful and did everything he could to help. But I don’t believe he will use that shipping company again anyway.”
“A well crafted wooden light, it is the most talked about item in my diningroom when friends arrive. It is a high quality light sturdy and easy to fit. I would recommend this light to anyone who wants a unique item that's well crafted. The seller kept me up to date on its shipping progress and the recommended date of arrival was accurate.”
“This is the second light I have bought and I love them. They are excellent quality and so well made. The light they throw out is perfect. The seller is very good and communication is superb, so helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this seller and the items.”
“Excellent item and very helpful seller, highly recommend purchasing this item. Ordered at Christmas and it was delivered in a very timely manner. Good fixing instructions and connectivity instructions.”
“Great lamp. Cleanly made! Exactly what I wanted! Delivery time ok. Communication perfect. We recommend!”
“The light is exactly as described, beautifully finished, highly recommended the Alexa voice control. The light comes with installation instructions, 2 sets of screws and heavy duty rawl plugs plus a spade drill bit for the perfect hole size for the rawl plugs, plus a template for the drill holes. Could not be happier with it and the comms with Ercan.”
