How long does it take?

Every Coral is handcrafted to order in the UK. Allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us before ordering.

Which control option should I choose?

The standard driver switches on and off from your wall. The dimmable driver lets you change the brightness with a compatible wall dimmer. The Wi-Fi controller works with Alexa for voice and app control. The remote control lets you dim the light from your seat.

How high should it hang?

Coral comes with a 1 m suspension that you can shorten when you fit it, and we can make it up to 2 m on request. Hang it so the bottom sits about 75–85 cm above a dining table, or at least 2.1 m above the floor where people walk underneath. Over a table, the standard suspension suits ceilings up to about 2.6 m; for a higher ceiling, ask for a longer suspension when you order.

What warranty do I get?

Every IVYLUX light comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.

Is delivery free?

Yes, UK delivery is free. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can you make another size or wood?

Yes. Send your room size or a sketch and we will come back to you.

Who should fit it?

We recommend that a qualified electrician fits your light.
