It is made for IVYLUX ceiling and pendant lights. Send us your order number or a photo of your light and we will confirm before you order.
How do I replace it?
It is made for easy self-replacement. Switch off the power first. If you are not sure, contact us and we will talk you through it.
What warranty do I get?
It comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. Below that, UK delivery is £19.99. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
