Will it fit my light?
It is made for existing IVYLUX ceiling and pendant lights. Send us your order number or a photo of your light and we will confirm before you order.
Which light colour should I choose?
2700K is the warmest, closest to a traditional bulb. 3000K is the warm white most IVYLUX lights use. 4000K is a neutral, cooler white for kitchens and work spaces. 6500K is a cold, daylight white.
What does CRI mean?
CRI shows how true colours look under a light, out of 100. With CRI 97+, wood, food and fabric look closest to how they do in daylight.
Who should fit it?
Switch off the power before you start. If your light is hardwired, we recommend that a qualified electrician fits the upgrade.
What warranty do I get?
It comes with a 3-year warranty. If something is not right, email info@ivylux.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. Contact us first. The return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Read the refund policy.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. For other countries, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
